This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had by far. Jacob was my salesman and made this purchase as smooth as it gets. They’ll offer you $10,000 less for your trade than identical vehicles with the same year model, mileage and condition are selling for online. Do your research, don’t trust their finance guy’s word. The young salesman was very nice and easy to deal with.

It was more than just a pleasant experience. Justin Porter, the Sales Consultant was a pleasure to work with as well as Michael Bawgus, the Sales Manager and Nick in financial for completing the documents and paperwork was very explainative about all the documents. They truly worked as a team and worked closely together with us in order to purchase the vehicle that we did. They were extremely sincere in making sure that the vehicle was in the best shape to sell. Without question the best car dealership experience I’ve ever had, Alexander worked with me from the start to make sure I was able to get the exact car that I wanted and I cannot recommend them enough! I received a quote and almost couldn’t believe how much better of a deal it was over all of my local dealerships. It was a two hour drive for me to get to the dealership and admittedly I was expecting to get a call about something changing “last minute” and having to pay more, as that’s what I’ve experienced with every other dealership I’ve worked with. But sure enough, the quote I received from Alexander was exactly what I paid, finance was extremely clear throughout the entire experience about what I was paying for, and how different packages would impact BOTH the monthly and total amount (as opposed to my experience with another dealership that hid fees and add-ons by asking which monthly payment we would prefer without making it clear that all the options included dealer add ons we weren’t aware of) If I am ever in need of another vehicle I would gladly drive the two hours again to work with the team there, seriously they should be the standard for customer experience

To start, we did not buy a vehicle here; however, we did have a great experience compared to other stops we made on Chapman. Jacob came out to greet us and answered all of our questions. We told him we were comparing sizes for small SUVs, and at no time did we feel rushed after telling him we were not purchasing today. He even took the time to go over features in the car. We stopped three other places before and after Acura and were not even greeted or given the time of day.

We don't have an Acura dealership in Clarksville Tn where we live, so we drove to Chattanooga (roughly 2 hours away) to look at the new MDX.This Dealership is top shelf. We had a great experience with them purchasing our 2023 MDX. They didn't have the color and options we wanted, but our salesman Jay said they were allocated one and he could ask for the color and options we wanted and order it. Our salesman Jay Vandeventer was excellent in communicating with us while we waited. It took less than 2 months to get EXACTLY what we wanted.
