Ken Johnson and staff were amazing!! After failing a number of times to get ahold of a service advisor at Acura of Honolulu I decided to try and contact Acura of Maui. Ken answered the phone on the first ring and I was genuinely shocked!!! I almost forgot why I was calling. But within a matter of minutes ken and his team were able to resolve my audio player issue and I was on my way!! All other Acura dealerships/service advisors should take note because this is what Acura customer service looks like!! Big mahalo Acura of Maui!!

The easiest and fastest car buying experience I have ever had! Daniel went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. The convenience of being able to text or call him with all my 101 annoying questions, no hesitation even on his day off! Originally went in for an integra but walked out with a TYPE S. Ken in finance was able to do all my paperwork in a matter of minutes, smoothest transaction by far!! Can't thank Daniel and his team enough for getting me into this SASSY RIDE!!

Ken and Robert at the service department are awesome trustworthy guys. I was very pleased with the work they did on my 2015 jeep renegade. I recently had my brakes repaired at ACURA OF MAUI by KEN JOHNSON and crew. I have never given a review before, but this experience was exceptional, and I felt people should know. KEN was the most professional and efficient person I've seen in the repair business. I was blown away with the new car Ken let me borrow until the next day knowing I didn't have any other way to get to work as my toyota tacoma truck was being repaired. The price quoted was very fair and the work was excellent. Truck was washed and looking great when I arrived the next day to pick it up. I have never seen this level if service in my 60 years. And no, I'm not being paid to post this. People need to be treated fairly these days and ACURA OF MAUI was definitely a 5 star experience!

I found the truck I was looking for at Acura. The price and deal we made was fair. Steve, the salesman, was not pushy nor dismissive but listened to my interests and made the transaction go well. Ken, the service manager, was given a couple of tasks to make the sale final and he made sure he fulfilled those promises. After repairing a mirror on the truck he even dropped the truck at my work. Easy. I have a kind regard for this dealership, somewhat unusual for me to hold a dealership in great esteem. Go Acura of Maui!
