I live just over an hour away, but they had a new BMW 440i that was close to the build I wanted. I had been calling around for months looking for this car. I had talked with Lionel a week earlier, and he saved my info, texted me the details when a car arrived. I drove down to take a look and never was I pressured into anything. After deciding to purchase it, I had to come back in the coming days with proper documents. In those few days, communication was great! They again never pressured me to use their bank, or buy this accessory, etc. Upon my return to pick it up, the car and paperwork were all ready for me. It was extremely smooth. I have always only worked with a local trusted dealer in my area so I was already uncomfortable going to a dealer that I've never dealt with. I've worked at car dealers in the past, so I understand some of the games and dishonest tactics dealers can use. I did not get any of that with Lou Bachrodt BMW. Lionel and Naim made my experience great! Thank you!

Have had a decade of experience with this group via my family and my own personal experience. They do a phenomenal job for where it really counts,customer service. The team I’ve worked with , Lionel (A+ , great personality , knowledgeable, and goes the extra the mile to make you happy) and the service team (Nik and Omar)... They will work with you to get issues fixed in a timely manner and reasonable timeframe. This is a smaller team then maybe at the larger Chicago type dealers but I don’t find that to be a negative. You may not get a “nanosecond response” on your query, but I can accept this. What I appreciate most importantly is the feeling that I’m not just a number in their sales, but someone they want to keep satisfied. The group has done a great job with their service.
