Thankfully, Joe responded to my email and got the deal started. No dealership had ever answered on a Sunday before Joe did! First impressions are everything and from that moment on, the interaction between Joe and Aimee was fantastic. I drove from out of state and they had everything ready for me and I was in and out in no time. I chose the x5 that I wanted & both of these gentlemen were on top of things. Couldn’t have ask for any better service. Unfortunately I was in a car accident with my first choice and they both worked together diligently and found me another x5 identical to the one I had. So within four months I worked with them on two different car purchases and I’m very very satisfied with their service.
