BMW of Bowling Green - Find Used Auto, BMW dealers at Bowling Green

We took our vehicle in for service and decided that a newer used vehicle was the way to go. Our salesman "Ben Bucher" was outstanding in meeting our needs and went the extra mile to get us in our newer vehicle. The whole sales team from general manager to financing was outstanding and helpful. They have a large selection of vehicles with a price point for anyone. If your looking for a new or used vehicle I highly recommend BMW of Bowling Green.

Buyer beware. We tried, multiple times, over the course of 4 days to buy a used truck from this dealer, even going so far as driving from over an hour away on multiple days. Unfortunately the dealer was very difficult to deal with, to the point of feeling shady. We finally sucked it up and went to a different dealer and ended up getting a nicer (more expensive) vehicle but had a much better experience. Here are the things I would advise my follow consumers to watch for: 1. They add a non negotiable $1300 fee for an exterior wax & interior scotch guard protection. They state that this has already been completed and can therefore not be negotiated. We were told this even through the vehicle we were trying to buy had multiple scratches on its surface 2. They will offer approximately 20% lower than market value on your trade rather than up front fair pricing. 3. They will default to a higher interest rate loan unless you complain and/or request they search for a better deal. This can be remedied by securing financing before the trip, but it's still a hassle 4. Positive: They do have good prices on many of their used vehicles I guess you can get a deal if you are willing to go back and forth, leave and come back, etc over the course of a week or more. For us it was worth it to pay a little bit more and deal with what we felt like was a more trustworthy dealer.

My car broke down on my way home from Indiana to Georgia on 14 July 2022. The people at this facility was so friendly. They treated us like were had been doing business with them for 20 years. Chris Paynter, service department and Taylor the mechanic were superb people to to deal with I would give them 10 stars if I could.

My parts been sitting upthere for 8 weeks now and still haven't recieved my parts or they not giving my refund ! 1 star , it would worth to drive to nashville bmw instead of bowling green . Never ever coming back.

BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES THEY WILL SELL CARS OUT FROM UNDER YOU FOR MORE PROFIT!!! Let me start with saying Victoria is an absolute rockstar of a sales person. She was super helpful with getting me all the information I requested and needed about a used vehicle I was interested in purchasing. We spoke all day on Monday july 25th about the purchase of a vehicle. Submitted credit applications pulled credit and thought that we were good to go.... THEN the sales manager decided to sell the vehicle to another client after Victoria had left for the evening. I had was only financing the vehicle to get the car sooner and help out the dealership by making a little more profit. I have tried to reach out today to Kevin the Sales Manager and the GM with zero response back. BE CAUTIOUS BUYING FROM THEM!!!!!!!! Customer’s are hard to come by and customer retention is even more difficult. I hope the little extra profit you might of gained is worth it.

We had a superior service experience from Bowling Green Imports. From scheduling to finish, everyone was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. The lounge had all the amenities we needed while we waited and there was plenty of custom coffee and water for refreshment needs. I would recommend Bowling Green Imports highly and plan on using them as needed for our service needs.
