I bought a preowned 2016 M4 GTS from BMW of Greenwich. As an out of state buyer, my sales person Jose Temoche was very responsive to all of my questions, concerns and needs. He sent me many photos and videos of the car prior to the sale. The entire staff at BMW of Greenwich made the out of state transaction seamless and efficient. In addition, they communicated with my auto transporter for safe delivery to my garage in Rochester NY. Bravo to all.

Being in the customer service business myself, I couldn't be happier with my experience in dealing with BMW of Greenwich. Jose Temoche was phenomenal in sales and took great care of us. He kept me up to speed as my car was scheduled, built and ultimately delivered. The purchase process was a breeze as Rob DeFeo worked us through the electronic document signing in minutes. Jake, the product specialist, walked me through the car, showed me all the important stuff and made sure i had is info if a follow up was necessary. Overall, I couldn't be happier!

Sales was great, Alexander stone was a Pleasure to work with my 2016 M3 purchase, along with sales manager Denis to help make everything happen smoothly and within my price point, very accommodating. Small issue with my wheel lock being stuck on the car, was sent over to service where it was addressed promptly by Christine and Jill, only major issue I have is service left major damage and scratches to my hood that were not there prior to service so very disappointed in that, when the car was there for a wheel lock the hood should not have so many scratches after leaving.

I purchased a 2016 BMW X5 35i from BMW of Greenwich almost a month ago. Alfred was my salesperson and he did a great job showing me the X5 and explaining everything in detail. I love the car, great salesperson and great dealership. I highly recommend.

Bought my first BMW from BMW of Greenwich. Really a fantastic and seamless process from the beginning to finish. Patrick was especially helpful in getting me in the car I wanted. But the finance team and product genius were also great in answering all my questions. Very happy with the experience and would recommend to others looking for a car.

Ross was amazing, very professional and funny!! As a single woman I felt that the process was easy and helpful. Marc!! from the finance office was also very helpful as well.
