They explained everything to me in detail since it was my first time at this dealership. After explaining to me what to expect they escorted to the lounge and offered me coffee, soda and snacks. 535d had 2 flat tires caused by potholes in Yellowstone park, luckily the BMW of Idaho professionally saved my trip. The cost is way below than every dealer I have been to. I made an appointment a month in advance to have my headlights adjusted, and replaced. When I went to pick up the car I was advised that my headlights are dim and needed to be replaced. 😳 I explained that was the purpose of the appointment. The parts weren’t available, and they couldn’t reschedule me again for several days. Everyone was super nice, and apologetic. I chalked it up as a communication error. The car, a Z4 is put away for the winter. I’ll see you in the spring.

I asked for a quote on a repair and it took a day for them to get back to me. However, Gina was very nice and did apologize. She made my experience much better. In fact, she may be the reason I decided to have them do the repair even though it was about 10% higher than a previous estimate.

I'd been shopping for car for a month or so and I just happened to be in the Idaho Falls area and found exactly what I was looking for at BMW of Idaho Falls. The sales team was great. I've worked in the BMW network in the past and am familiar with BMW dealerships and I can tell you that BMW of Idaho Falls is a great dealership to purchase from.
