BMW Of Northwest Arkansas- Find Used Auto, BMW dealers at Bentonville

Dropped off my X5 today for service, it was my first time at this location. Everyone was very courteous and the gentleman that helped me set up service was informative and understanding of my inconveniences such as my tow driver dumping the car in the middle of the parking lot. Sorry guys. I hope you guys can figure out my car troubles and can get me back on the road without having to dip too deep into my trust fund lol!

Do not buy a vehicle from here. From the manager of this BMW dealership to the sales and finance managers they do not care about service or your vehicle. Roberto and Emily just to name a few were very careless and lacked communication in the process. I purchased a $90k 2021 X6 and received very little communication unless i contacted them as I live in another state. My vehicle had marks on it that could easily have been buffed out. Vehicle was delivered and they couldn’t even figure out an accommodation to get the marks cleaned up. Spend tour money at a dealership where you get top service especially for the amount of money your spending.

This dealership is one of the best I have ever dealt with in five decades of purchasing and leasing vehicles. Damion, Kenna, Jeff and Roberto were all very accommodating, courteous and genuinely interested in providing the best customer experience possible. I never felt any pressure to purchase a vehicle and left the dealership feeling very satisfied.

Buying the car was not a horrible experience, however, they did not give us the best deal especially for car they claimed were going to auction. Once we had been in the car a day or so we began to wonder if there should be a remote for the DVD system so my husband reached out to the salesman and the finance guy we dealt with about it and to this date we have had no response from the dealership. I love the car but this dealership has been awful to deal with. Glad I don’t live anywhere near them for future car buying and service needs. Once you walk out the door they don’t care.

This place, most of all the people here, are absolutely Fantastic! Seriously, I bought my first BMW here, a M440i Grand Coupe, and had a very smooth purchase. I had always heard 'horror stories' about Dealership service, so I was skeptical when the time came. I've brought my car back her 3 times so far, for add-ons, oil change and tires. Each time it has been so easy, simple and without surprises. Costs?... actually cheaper than anywhere else that quoted me for the same work. And a special 'shout-out' to the Service Mgr, Seth, for all his help in getting my tires done quicker and cheaper (I called around) than ANY other place in NWA or Tulsa area! Highly Recommended Dealership!

We have spent thousands of dollars and multiple trips over four months to this dealership and they still have not fixed the issue with our car. Today we were told, “Sometimes things break—you can just bring it in again.” They don’t seem care if they help you or not because they think they are the only game in town. Do not take your BMW here for service—they won’t fix the problem and will overcharge you.

Bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2019 740xi from out-of-state and could not be happier with the buying experience or the value. Ethan (in Sales) and Gavin (in Finance) were knowledgeable, responsive and accommodating through every step of the process. You'll be in great hands with this team, even if you're buying from a long distance as I did. Nicely done, guys.

While communication could be better at times, I really appreciated the time the team took to explain the work done, even going as far as going on a ride along to ensure the issues were solved. The video walk around, and printouts were excellent, and the team ensured that my goals and future plans for the vehicle were considered and met.It’s clear they care about their customers and I’ll be using them again in the future.
