Sewell BMW customer service is beyond exceptional! My experience with Maria and the Sewell BMW team was truly amazing. They took the time to order my dream car, kept me updated on the status every step of the way, showed me all the features and my car was delivered earlier than expected and I couldn't be happier! First off I would like to say Dylan is the man! Thanks to him and the rest of Sewell BMW of the Permian Basin team for helping me buy my dream car (Mclaren 570s). This dealer has the best service from professionalism, great selection, quality cars and competitive pricing. My overall experience was 5 stars. I see why they have been a reputable company for so long. I'm definitely going to buy another vehicle from them even if I live in California. Allen Tran is soooo great! I went to inquire about the Jeep Wrangler and he was very responsive in helping me contact the Jeep delear in Sewell and helped me communicate positively. His attitude is very good! Even though I didn't buy a BMW, Allen was still very helpful in helping me choose the configuration and tracking the status of my order. He will be the best choice for any other car purchase in the future!

From the first time I entered BMW Sewell I was greeted by friendly folks. They were willing to listen and help me find a new car. I was so impressed with the treatment and kindness from the manager on down. I returned 6 months later and purchased another car from them. I have been a longtime faithful Mercedes’ owner.. But the sense of caring at BMW Sewell was enough for me to switch to BMW.

Can not recommend them enough! We actually came from out of state just for our vehicle and from this dealership because of their great reviews. And they did not disappoint! While there we worked with sales, finance and the service department. Everybody was amazing; with a genuine customer service focus that is so rare in these times. So impressed and so glad we found them!

Sewell BMW PB was a fantastic experience. Tony helped us find the right car for our family, even though it wasn’t a BMW. They listened to our needs and got us what we needed at the prices we could afford without hounding us and trying to sell us kitchen sink. I will definitely be coming back for my future car needs.
