From the minute I walked in the door to the minute I walked out, I was treated as a long time friend. The employees interacted with each other as if they were a big family and that was so nice to experience. Everyone working together helping each other. The building itself is big and beautiful and very well decorated to help show the beautiful vehicles they have on display. Jason the general sales manager, not only has a great sense of humor but was extremely friendly and helpful. Now, Chelsea, my client advisor is the best I have EVER worked with. She was a lot of fun on the test drive and did everything she said she would do to help me. I highly recommend visiting this dealership if you are looking for not only a beautiful car but a beautiful experience.
I am updating my review of BMW of West Springfield. The General Manager, Jason Gunn, personally reached out to rectify the situation. I initially gave a poor review due to poor choices made by one employee. To be completely transparent, the sales associate Andre who assisted me was fantastic as well as the finance manager Rachel. They made the buying experience easy and were very attentive even after the sale was complete. That being said, it only takes one bad choice to change a good experience into a bad one. The vehicle initially did not pass inspection due to various reasons such as tint being too dark, bad O2 sensor and light being out. The dealership has decided to stand by their product and fix all issues so the vehicle will pass inspection. This will all take place later this month. One of the battery cells was bad so I had to replace it which was inconvenient. Initially the dealership declined to replace the battery but that is now being addressed. The General Manager Jason has opted to reimburse us for the battery and has assured me he will change the current practice to make BMW of West Springfield the top dealership in the area.
Bryce Piemonte has been the most thoughtful and caring salesman I’ve ever worked with. He is very patient with me and very informative from beginning to end. I did a lease to buy and went through Bryce for both purchases and couldn’t have asked for a more smooth process. He was extremely professional and constantly kept me updated every step of the way! I will only be working with Bryce on all future car purchases at BMW!!

Every single time I have worked with Bryce he has been prompt, courteous, professional, and took fantastic care of our transaction! Tardy and deceptive. No respect for customer or their time. I bought a used Mercedes e400 from them. I was informed the glass on the windshield shattered after I purchased the car. They fixed it but replaced it with cheap aftermarket glass and refused to put Authorized Mercedes replacement part. (As they would be paying for it). The representative I spoke to said he can't handle the issue (it was beyond his control). They don't take any responsibility for their shabby service and just pass the blame to each other in the dealership. Net result - they take your money, and you don't get what you paid for. I paid in full for the car knowing that I was paying for genuine Mercedes parts. And they replaced it with cheap parts. The manager was "too busy" to return my calls. Really eager to take your money but not interested in providing you with service. I would've never bought from them had I known how awful the service would be. The whole car buying process took almost a month even though I told them to respect my time as I am in need of a car having sold my old one. But that was no use they take 1+ days to confirm a single question about the car. (I was buying it out of state via phone.) If you value your time and money, you are better off buying elsewhere. The worst experience I have ever had buying a car.
Purchased a 2022 BMW M8 Gran Coupe Competition from BMW of West Springfield. They had this beauty on the lot with every option I wanted in gorgeous Sakhir Orange/Black interior. Steve in sales is exceptional. I didn't have a car at the time to visit the bank for a cashier's check so he personally drove me there and back to the dealership. While waiting for documents to be ready, he checked back multiple times to make sure my husband and I didn't need anything and were comfortable. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. Overall fantastic service from BMW of West Springfield and I definitely recommend this dealership!

Don't bother. I called for estimate on a common repair. They won't offer any ballpark figure. Instead, they want $195 for an inspection and go from there. I understand others issues may be found and customers don't like the price not matching. But this is a scummy tactic to get you in and then feel compelled to do business as you spent money. Just give a ballpark quote with some caveat about "best case" or "barring issues." I'm going to another shop in East Windsor.
