I was looking at a car online and I called him about it and was pleased to speak with Craig he was very promising sounding about helping me get into my dream car. I went in the next morning and had the pleasure of meeting Gino S. I don’t have the best credit at the moment and I wanted to trade my car in. Gino, Tim and Jesse all got together and worked there magic to get me into my dream car. I was so appreciative for there dedication for getting me a good deal and making sure they were able to help me out in the first place before running my credit! They went above and beyond to do what needed to be done to make sure that I left with the car of my dreams. We bought a new 2022 Acura MDX from Butler Acura and we couldn't be happier. We worked with Tim Hershberger and Maria Hall. We were having a difficult time finding our Acura MDX at the price we were willing to pay in the Portland area. After we contacted Tim and shared with him what we were looking for, Tim was able to provide our MDX in the exact colors and trim package we were looking for. We were also able to bargain a sales price for the vehicle that was better than what we found in the Portland area. It was the easiest car buying process we have ever done. In addition, Product Specialist Maria Hall was absolutely fantastic. First, she picked us up from the airport and delivered us to Butler Acura. Second, after the purchasing process was completed, Maria took over and showed us all of the technical features of our new MDX. We were extemely impressed with Maria's knowledge of all of the features of the vehicle. Our MDX Advance trim package is loaded with many options, which could be challenging to learn without help. Maria educated us on all of the options for the infotainment system in addition to all of the important vehicle settings and options. Maria's knowlege of the vehicle and her kind and caring demeanor was outstanding. We love our new 2022 Acura MDX Advance and the purchasing process was made easy because of Tim and Maria's help. We would highly recommend Butler Acura and we would definately buy another vehicle from them.

These guys are great. They were able to fit me in when I got a flat, repaired the flat and mounted my studs. Great price and great staff, they have not done me wrong in over 15 years of business with them.
