I went to another BMW dealership yesterday, and they told me that they don’t have a car. And also they didn’t let me test drive one because they didn’t have one to sell. I was so dissapointed and I called Harlingen Cardenas BMW they sounded so nice in phone and told me to stop by to test drive. Special thanks to Lorraine, she made me feel like welcomed. Parts department Manager has no customer service experience at all. I have to keep calling back to find out about a parts because they don't believe in calling the customer to advice if they can get the part or not. And when you call them they act like the customer doesnt know what he is talking about....SMH

I took my vehicle in last minute and they were able to fit me in for an oil change and even provided a nice BMW loaner while they worked on my vehicle. Gracie and the service team are especially kind and efficient! I definitely recommend them for any of your BMW needs!

Great service. I needed help with scheduling last week for my BWM and they made it happen at made it VERY convenient for me. Also, Eli told me what services were NOT necessary-unlike other places that will try to sell any service possible even when not necessary. I don't live close but trust them enough to bypass local dealers for their service. Keep up the good work!
