Chevy Chase Acura - Find Used Auto, Acura dealers at Bethesda

My first ever car purchase experience was at this Chevy Chase Acura of Bethesda. It was not an 80 thousands dollar car I purchased. Rather less than 20k but I was treated as if I was buying the most expensive car on the floor. I can't say enough about the customer service at this dealership. I highly recommend this car dealership to anyone wanting a great price with top quality customer service. Go there and as for Carlos in the use car department.

My daughter and I had an excellent experience at Chevy Chase Acura. She had a specific Acura ILX Premium model that she was hoping to find. When one became available, Roy did everything possible to make the process as smooth as possible. It was evident that he worked to ensure that the car was mechanically sound and thoroughly cleaned and detailed before we picked it up. He honored all commitments. We felt that he went above and beyond to make our used car buying process a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend the dealership and specifically Roy for your next used car purchase. We will definitely be back when in the market again.

Had a great experience at Acura today. I drove 2 hours to Virginia to look at a car and it was garbage. I was so desperate to find a car, I stumbled upon this Honda at the Acura dealership. As soon as I got there, Carlos was the first to help. He made the process very easy and did everything to help. I really appreciate him. I would recommend CARLOS for anyone looking for s car. I have great experience with Chevy Chase Acura and they did a fantastic job with my car repair. Richard the estimator was friendly, courteous, well-mannered, and professional. I'd recommend my friends and family for any vehicle repairs here. The only thing I was dissatisfied was the bottom door trim had dirt and was not cleaned and left my belongings in the back seats instead of putting them back in the trunk. Overall, great job done!

This place is a complete joke. I was completed fooled thinking they had great customer service to gain my purchase. When it came time to schedule my first oil change their true lack of customer service was reveled. I give it to the sales guys for talking me into their maintenance package one I’ll never purchase again let alone from their location. They canceled my first appointment the day of. I was told they had pick up and drop off services but that quickly changed when I actually requested the services. I was told they would keep my car for over 24 hours with no actual return time so they canceled. They never answer the phone when trying to get into contact with someone concerning issues. After canceling my first oil change appointment they canceled my second told me it was be a 3-4 hour wait and to just come another time during the week. By this time my car is down to 10% oil level and I have a business road trip and really need this oil change. The service department goes oh that’s just something we tell people but you can drive your car down to 0% without needing a oil change. This is a brand new car why would I want to risk that on a road trip planned! I wish I never purchased from this place!

Had to get a new car no thanks to a distracted driver rear ending my beloved old car, however I’m glad to have decided visiting Chevy Chase Acura. David Thomas, the sales consultant whom I met was very knowledgeable and extremely professional, he made the entire process easy and pressure free. I was very happy to be able to get a car that I love this quickly, given my circumstances and current car market. 👍❤️
