CLEAR LAKE NISSAN - Find Used Auto, Nissan dealers at League City

I took my car to get service for bubbles in the tent,got the car back with my rim scraped up. The service advisor tried to say my rim was damaged before I brought the car in. The service advisor tried to show a image off the surveillance camera of my rim,but it was the wrong rim. Not only they scraped my rim they left a pack of cigarettes in my car. They never reset the oil and filter, nor replaced the oil change sticker. They left the foot mat and plastic in the car. I had to search for my keys to drive off after I was told the keys were in the car. I went to a different nissan dealership and showed them this is how I get my car back. That dealership said,"That's wrong and isn't the way it's done."

Worst buying experience. Bought a used 2020 vehicle thinking I would have no issues, WRONG! Not even 2 weeks later had to get new brakes and rotars. No one calls you back when you want to ask questions. The only person who did me any good was Dustin in service. This dealership just wants your money and doesn't care about you once you drive off the lot. Would not recommend my worst enemy to buy here.

Eric helped us so much, he was very knowledgeable and made things as easy as possible for us buying our car. He made sure that we were getting the car we wanted and that we knew about all the features to safely drive it. Brad helped us with financing, and he was very welcoming and helpful. We will highly recommend this place, especially those two. And we loved the coffee machine!

Yes Mr. Keith Davis was the absolute best when I was in the market to purchase a new vehicle. I never felt rushed or felt like I was bothering him with all my questions. He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and their features. I really felt comfortable with him and he made me feel welcomed. I know since then I have referred many people who I know personally to go see Keith and he will take care of them. I know from now on anytime I am wanting or need a vehicle I will always go see Keith Davis! I recommend everyone do the same!

Stopped by Clear Lake Nissan while shopping for a new truck. They. Had a good selection at pretty reasonable prices. I was really impressed that it was a casual and not a high pressure sales approach by the salesperson that helped me. I m still thinking about what truck I want to buy but I’m pretty sure I will be buying from this place. This sales guy was really pleasant to deal with. Nothing like the place I just came from. The sales guy at the other dealership was like a bull dozer running me over as soon as I walked through the door. The salesman here at Clear Lake Nissan was extremely polite and knowledgeable but not pushy at all. it was a great experience for. a change.

Gavin and Chad where wonderful and they really worked with me. I can't remember the gentleman's name that helped me with finance but he was also wonderful and everyone was very patient and it was a great environment. Great experience overall! I got the car I wanted and even the color and all of the features and brand new! Definitely worth it

I have a warranty and had to take my car to the dealership to have the sensor replaced. I called them and I had Steve answer. He was great ever since the first conversation on the phone. He set up my appointment and when I took it in he greeted me at my car to make sure I was taken care of. He called me every time he got an update for my car and was able to text with me every time I had a question for him. He made sure that my warranty covered the parts that I needed and that I wasn’t charged for something that wasn’t covered. When I picked up my car from the dealership, he made sure that I was happy with my whole experience. Will definitely go back if I have to and use Steve every time.

I bought my 2018 charger from here and had the best experience ever. He made the process easy and understandable. I thought I was going to be here forever because that’s what I heard about dealerships recently but, I was there maybe less than 2 hours. I spoke to a guy in finance and answered all my question with no hesitation. It was a great experience I would most definitely tell my friends and family to come out and get a car from Socrates at Nissan!!
