We went into the dealership yesterday with no expectations, maybe to make a purchase maybe not. Evan was great, he wasn’t pushy, and let us guide the process for the most part and he was patient. Listened to what we wanted and worked with us to make it happen, We ended up purchasing 2 cars!

Logan, my sales consultant, was phenomenal and is the reason that I am an owner of a 2023 Nissan Rogue. His product knowledge was superb. He was able to answer all my questions and guide me in the right direction so I was able to make an educated decision in what car would suite me best. Actually the whole team that I dealt with at Ed Martin Nissan of Fishers was very friendly and helpful. Malena was the sales consultant who helped me with choosing the car best fit for me. She was great! She was helpful and always answering my questions thoroughly which was important to me as it was my first car purchase experience. The manager was also very accommodating and friendly. In fact all the service consultants were helpful and great! All in all a good experience, highly recommend!!

Work was done correctly. The diagnostic fee per item is high. $150 to push buttons and pull a code for the radio just to tell me nothing is wrong? Probably spent all of 4 minutes to do that. I would understand if they had to pull the intake off for $150. Service agent was very friendly and did their job to assist in any way they could, the customer service was excellent. Free coffee was nice.

NO Fumble here! Corry went above and beyond to assist me in deciding on a vehicle, he was patient and very knowledgeable. I never felt rushed, the entire day was relaxing and FUN! I felt like he truly wanted to make sure I was a Happy Customer, which I AM! Justo executed the deal to perfection, his paperwork was flawless and had me out of the office and driving in my brand new Nissan Rogue! This was my second oil change with Ed Martin Nissan. They are always very friendly, and I am never sitting there for hours waiting on my vehicle to be serviced like you do at most dealerships. I need some other work done on my vehicle that they made me aware at my visit, and I plan on letting them do the work. It's affordable, and I trust them with my vehicle!

Logan was great to work with. The Sales manager made the process easy and I didn't feel as though I was being squeezed for more money. No surprises when it came to financing our new vehicle. Definitely a better experience than Tom Wood!
