Harper Acura - Find Used Auto, Acura dealers at knoxville

I usually hate the whole car buying experience, I'd rather drive a old jalopy rather than deal with the hassle of buying a new car. But, when my wife found a car she "had to have" I agreed she needed a reliable car she would be happy with. James Warren was easy to deal with, as was Tim Miller in finance. Easily the best experience I've had at a car lot. In and out time was reasonable as well.

I never dread taking my vehicle to Harper.. I never have to double check on what’s done, they are always 100%. Harper is different than any other dealership I’ve ever been to, they are ALWAYS welcoming, and smiling. Everyone there seems genuinely happy to be working there. Tim is ALWAYS fabulous, he never skips a beat when making sure to make you feel completely at home, and making sure your vehicle is at 100% before you leave. Trish is always welcoming and never forgets a face!!!!! They definitely treat you like family, and I 100000% recommended their service department for all your vehicle maintenance needs!!!!!!!

I purchased a vehicle from Harper Acura this week. Over the course of my adult life I have purchased about 10 vehicles and this experience was without a doubt the best I have ever had. Katie was my sales rep and was absolutely aces. She did not pressure me or make me feel like I was getting played. She was VERY knowledgeable about the car I was purchasing. Then in the financing/sales office Dan was also very personable. Again no high pressure, he presented his product in a professional and knowledgeable manner and allowed me to make my decision. When the need arises I will go back to Harper Acura. I can’t say enough positive things about this dealership!

Absolutely the best customer service! I’ve had to bring my vehicle back on several occasions, and they have always treated me with respect and honesty. Tim and Steve are helpful and friendly. Wonderful service! When it’s ready for a trade-in, I will be using Harper Acura again because of their wonderful customer service.

Harper Acura gives top notch customer service. If your looking for a new or used car I highly recommend them. Jared and Stephanie are personable and fun to work with and all the staff there treats me with respect and genuine interest in my car buying and service needs. I’ve had my car six months, they help me keep it looking and running like new and I still feel like a VIP going there to service my vehicle. They deserve a sixth star!

Excellent customer service all the way around. Dealt with two sales persons, both were very friendly and full of knowledge of the product. The finance manager was outstanding as well. They made us feel like we were joining a family. Thanks for a great experience.

I just purchased my second Acura from Harper and both times have been the easiest and smoothest car buying experiences I’ve had (I’ve had a lot!). Very professional, friendly, and laid back atmosphere. Knowledgeable staff and they didn’t stop until they found the “unicorn” for me.
