I have bought many vehicles from Joe Holland. The service is always great. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about there vehicles. I have dealt with the same salesman Tom Allen for all of my deals and he has always treated me and my family with respect and kindness. He will be retiring before I need another vehicle and I wish him the best during that time. It's like talking with a friend and not a salesperson. They are not pushy when it comes to sales and give you time to browse until you find what you're looking for or help to find what you're looking. I will definitely be buying from them again.
I had the absolute best experience at Joe Holland. Rich Kingsley was fantastic and helped me secure my dream vehicle on order. Stan helped us get a lot of the stuff completed as well. 1. Setting up an appointment was easy, even for an "Old Timer" like me, which was by phone. 2. The appointment confirmation/appointment reminder email and texts were very helpful. 3. Staff was expecting my arrival and were very friendly when I showed up. 4. Waiting accommodations were comfortable. 5. I had an awesome experience at the dealership. Rick the salesman was amazing to deal with and helped us from beginning to end and was very knowledgeable. Our experience with with everyone there was great they were all very friendly. They were able to get us in the truck we wanted and got everything done very quickly. Great experience! We drove over 2 hrs to come to this dealership. After dealing with multiple dealerships in tri-state area, this was by far the best Chevy dealership in WV. Our salesman, Ken Hatfield was honest, upfront, and very easy to work with. Would recommend to friends and family.
The guys were nice however they failed to review the charges with me. When I asked about oil change pricing he pointed to the pricing written on the wall behind him which said $78 for an oil change for my car. I asked him if the check and tire rotation come with the oil change and he said yes. It I think he was rushing because he didn’t spell my name correctly nor is my address correct. I waited for my oil change to finish which didn’t take long and I’m grateful for that but the bill was $122!!!! This was drastically different than the $78! I asked about the charges and he said that they charged me $25 for the tire rotation! I’ve never ever been charged so much for an oil change. Also, I travel a lot and I’ve never ever had to pay an additional charge for a tire rotation so I was upset but I remained respectful. I told him that the charges still did not align with the prices written on the pricing chart and it seemed as though I couldn’t get a clear answer. First he said that they just increased the prices of oil changes so I asked why wasn’t that shown on the pricing chart and why didn’t he tell me that the tire rotation was an extra charge. He went on about how the tire rotation is the standard charge for their dealership snd then he changed the price on the pricing chart after I complained. He did give me 10 dollars back because of the false pricing advertised but I still paid $112 for an oil change which is outrageous. I will not recommend anyone to pay that kind of money that’s insane and the dealership should be ashamed of those prices. Also I told them that they need to be honest and notify people that the tire rotation is not included with the oil change price
I called on Friday to schedule an oil change. They were able to work me in first thing that following Monday morning. I get they way early and they took my car right in and I was out with a complete oil change, tire rotation and the works before my appointment was even scheduled for. Very happy with Caleb as he kept me up to date with what all was being done to my GMC.
