Good luck scheduling service at this dealership over the phone. I bought my car from them a few weeks ago only to bring it home and find it has an issue with condensation in the tail light that should be covered by warranty. I have probably spent a collective 3 hours waiting on hold for the service department to answer my call to schedule and then reschedule an inspection. I would expect slightly better service for a $60,000 car.

White glove treatment all round! My service advisor, Ahmad is beyond helpful with fantastic communication each appointment. During my last visit, I asked to have a dead bird removed near my radiator after I accidentally hit it, and Ahmad arranged to have it done without hesitation. I highly recommend servicing your BMW at MAG. Great customer experience!!
