Absolute disgusting how they do business in the fiat department. Trying to sell my wife some service she doesn't even need . From some fuel injection cleaner for $800 to all new brakes for $1600 , just because they thought she is a woman and has no clue . Non of those items are even remotely necessary for a car with 20000 miles . CROOKS , should be ashamed

Took my vehicle for service and was returned damaged. Service director Juan is the rudest service director in the industry no idea how the Rick Case family allow him to be on board. He was a terrible service director at Braman now he is at Rick Case really making them look bad. He does not care about the customer at all. Look at the paint protection on the vehicle. How would feel if this was done to your vehicle? Be ware of this service department.

Purchased a Spare key for 2018 FIAT 500 from the dealership, and no service advisor explained that the key needs to be programmed by the Dealer, rather of walking me through the process and saying that when you buy a key you will need to schedule to program the key. On top of that, I called 3 times to get a quote to replace the Water Reservoir and each service advisor could not give me a price rather would transfer the line to parts and then parts would transfer it Service. If I called any mechanic they would tell me the price over the phone. I am forced to go to a new Dealership because the service is not what they claim to be..

In for standard oil change. In and out in a timely manner. 8/26/2022, back for a re-call fuel pump replacement at no charge. 60 K miles on the car already and it’s the first and only mechanical flaw or issue I’ve had. Everyone I’ve dealt with over the 3+ years at Rick Case has been great!

I had a good experience here this month! I brought my Fiat in for AC issues and a few other smaller issues. Dealt with Jorge Rivera, who was informative and prompt with updates. Considering the depth of the issues and that my car is mostly no longer under warranty, the lengthy process (20 days) and high cost ($3k) seemed understandable. Most importantly, I felt like my car was in good hands and all issues were fixed. Other staff here I encountered were also friendly and helpful. Very happy overall!

If you don’t drive a Maserati, this dealership’s service department will disappoint you. Unorganized, not consistent with what they tell you,etc. I was sold a protection package for the exterior paint and interior of my car that could be applied once a year. Came to find out that is not what was sold to me. Of course the guy that sold it to me in the finance department is no longer there. Surprise surprise. Don’t trust them and don’t be surprised if they screw you over. I’ll never use them again. Very disgusted with Rick Case after they got what they wanted Ted which was the same if the vehicle.
