Right Toyota did me right, mostly! I got a 2023 Toyota Tacoma Off Road with the long bed and the color I wanted. Tiffany Sharp was my sales person and she was awesome. Always answered my questions and kept me up to date on the progress of the manufacturing and shipment. They didn’t have a have market markup and kept the price at MSRP. I was also able to pretty much the package I wanted. Ryan Jenny was our financial manager and he was great. He went to through the optional add ons quickly and did not try to over sell us unless we asked for more details. The whole process was as pleasant as it gets. I feel we got a “fair” price for this market and good APR. I would have giving this review a 5 out of 5 stars as everyone that worked with was just great. But one major thing that was done was I had put a deposit the truck I wanted. Only to get a call a couple days later saying that the CFO didn’t check that I had put a deposit on my truck. And he still took my truck instead of putting the customer first. I was pretty upset about this but Tiffany shined again and was able to get me the same truck. It was just going to come later. This shows a lack of customer care from their upper management in my opinion. But would I work with them again, absolutely.

Sales staff was good. Market adjustment was a little brutal but it looks like that's an unavoidable fact these days due to car shortage. Still got my new Tacoma for less than a similar trim low mileage used elsewhere. Was pleased with the offer on my trade-in. Interest rates have gone up across the board but the finance guy managed to get us a decent rate nonetheless by being a little creative. I've had my truck three days now and love it, so I'm happy. We used to live about three miles from this dealership and brought my wife's Scion in for service and always had a much better experience with their service department than we've had at many other dealerships. Treated my wife with respect. Nice when we've run into 9ther dealerships that haven't.

Such a great experience with buying from Right Toyota. Super knowledgeable, friendly, straight forward, and legitimately hassle free. The sales rep Ian Stone was incredibly helpful and found exactly what I was looking for. Despite the market I feel I got a great deal on a TRD Pro 4Runner. I couldn't be happier with my choice to go through this dealer.

Bought a 2023 Highlander Hybrid. The buying process was by no means haggle free but the team at Right Toyota was very professional and accommodating. I paid more than I wanted but the service was top notch and in the inflated world we live in, I can’t imagine getting a much better experience than what this team provided. Grateful we got the vehicle we wanted and the process was quick. Oh, and no rush on test drives, answered all my questions and Greg came in on his day off!

We are so happy to have found the best Toyota dealership in the Phoenix area. Jake Schmidt is the best. Very knowledgeable and he found the perfect Toyota RAV4 for our family. It’s a crazy market right now and it was really nice to be able to trust Jake to help us get the best car and price for our budget. Love the fact that this is a family owned business.

Steve Pawlak is the best!!! I told him what I wanted and my budget. He found exactly what I wanted. He went back & forth with finance for me to get financed in my budget. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a new car to go see Steve!!!!

I am very satisfied with the excellent service I receive at RT. The people who call me on the phone are friendly and courteous. The waiting room is comfortable and spacious. The restrooms are modern and always clean. But most important my service advisor, Darvin Perry, is knowledgeable, gives me good advice, and is accurate when giving estimates. If a repair will be more than the estimate, he always calls me to discuss the new price. The technicians who have worked on my car have been timely and given my car back to me in better condition than when I brought the car in. I highly recommend Right Toyota.

My husband and I had a great experience despite how crazy it is in the market to get a car nowadays. We’ve been here once before and had a decent experience but this time around was painless and easy. Jake took great care of us, was very personable, and genuine. We also dealt with Andrew and he was friendly, honest, and helpful. Both my husband and I enjoyed our experience with them and would recommend them for anyone looking for a car!
