I had the pleasure of working with Soloman when I was looking to buy my new car. I had already started with another dealer. However, that dealer failed to keep an open line of communication and did not order the car. Soloman at Rosenthal was very upfront and kept me in the loop at all times. Greg is the guy. Bottom line. My fiancee is driving around her brand new RDX because of Greg. I love that I could be transparent with Greg and he showed me the same respect and courtesy. Tony gets a shout out as our finance guy who helped walk us through a few extra purchases beyond the vehicle, Greg is the guy that got us in that room. He was patient, transparent, straight forward and an advocate for getting my fiancee into her new ride. He knew she would love it and that it would meet and exceed our expectations and he was right. John Fetty was our sales consultant and he was courteous and professional. The dealer provided great value for my trade and promptly & fairly addressed a minor issue with the vehicle during delivery. Although a bit antiquated compared to my experience at other dealers, the business documentation was efficient. I would recommend Rosenthal Acura to other prospective customers.

Great experience with Rosenthal Acura. Not only had the car I wanted in their inventory, but was able to test drive and buy it the same day, no problems at all.
