Townsend Honda - Find Used Auto, Honda dealers at Tuscaloosa

For months we looked at several Honda dealerships in search of a 2023 Sonic Gray Civic Sport around the Birmingham area. We were quoted prices well over the MSRP at all the other dealerships. We reached out to Joey at Townsend and they didn’t have the car available at the time but he kept in contact with us. Once the car arrived he reached out. The process was super easy and we were satisfied with the pricing. We were in the dealership less than 1 hour from start to finish and was driving back to Birmingham with our car for a surprise Christmas gift for our daughter. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. This is our 3rd Honda purchase and my only regret is that we hadn’t purchased from Townsend the other times.

I walked on the lot of Townsend Honda and met McShan. He made this purchase so easy. He has a vast knowledge and even suggested another model or accord and I was sold! He was an outstanding salesman that even stayed with us after house while I signed paperwork. The overall process was so professional and great. Great experience. Blair was our salesperson and she did a great job showing us vehicles and giving us options for new and previously owned vehicles. We ended up opting for a new Honda Ridgeline; very pleasant experience. The paperwork process was relatively quick and concise. While we can't remember the name of the technician that gave us a quick class on all of the features, he also did a great job and was very knowledgeable.
