An amazing experience to buy a new car. I am located at Houston, TX. My son got a Job in Colorado and was trying to buy a new car over the phone. Ms. Covenant send me the best quote by email, based on their availability. She did not have any issue to answer our many repeated questions as well as respond to keep changing minds. Finally, we had to order a car as to fit my sons wishes. The order process was very easy. As soon as the car was shipped, Covenant emailed us the VIN number too. As we hoped the car has arrived on time. Car pick up process was very simple. Even the cashiers office also did not push for any unwanted warranty, or other options. They only gave us the information.. no pressure.. Very easy to deal with. After all, Ms. Covenant has given a instructional tour to my son, answered all his questions. Above all, the next day she made a follow up call to make sure that my son is happy with the car as well as to answer any additional questions he has about the options of the car. This is one of the best car buying experience.. all because of the professional approach of Ms. Covenant. Thank you again, and it was a pleasure doing business with you.

Best experience I've had! I took my Crosstrek in about a week ago to get the oil changed, but I was due for my 60,000 mile tune up. Jonathan helped me plan out my service to ensure that everything got done in a timely matter without totally breaking the bank. My car was done in a couple of hours (literally), even though I didn't have an appointment. Every time I've been here has been great, but this most recent experience was incredible. Grateful to have a good place to take my beloved car.

We had been working with a sales person over the phone as we live out of state and we were told that the vehicle was super clean and everything was great on it. We decided to fly in from out of state to go purchase it only to find the steering wheel adjustment electronics did not work as well as the alignment or rotors had a big issue. When you got it up to highway speeds and then break it was shaking really bad. Very big disappointment especially for flying in from out of state to pick it up. Glad we decided actually go test drive it before taking the word of the sales representative.

Best Subaru dealership I’ve ever been to! Staff is super helpful and friendly . The dealership is very kids friendly , has a changing table and corner full of toys . I drive extra 1:30 to get my car serviced here because the prices make sense and the mechanics know what they’re doing. Our car was shaking and a mechanic fixed that in no time. We also had issues with our breaks and we were able to get a loaner car with no charge. Had my tiers ordered and replaced there in the same day .. only took few hours. So I highly recommend this place for anyone who has a Subaru . Jonathan and Nick are the best because they helped us a lot with our 2014 Subaru forester.

Oh man where to begin with these guys, This place is amazing they have the best customer service ever. This is the best dealership I've ever been to. I went in for windshield washer reservoir service and they went went above and beyond to help. They provided fantastic service and got everything done quickly and at a competitive price. Shout out to Scott and Noe!
